Copy you current texturepack, paste it, rename it, and then move everything from the downloaded texure pack into the newly copied texture pack, Allow it to overwrite/replace files. Then select it as you normally would. Enjoy! Please note that these mini games contain zombies, blood, and the use of weaponry. If such content offends you, please do not participate.
