Your main job is to be the first contact that new players receive when joining RanchNCraft! Your duties include teleporting to new players when they join, and guiding them through the process of getting started on RnC. This also means, assisting them with finding land, as well as making sure they know how to claim, and set a home. Your duties will also include assisting Moderators and above with answering general questions.
After being accepted to the staff, your job includes the following:
Help new players get started, be active, engage players in conversation, basically keep the server a welcoming, friendly community!
Help players with general questions, and if moderator commands are needed, then you will pass them to a moderator, to assist.
Ranch n’ Craft changes over time. Please be aware of any new rules that may come out. You can check the current server rules in-game by typing /rules.
Welcome returning players to the server.
Familiarizing yourself with the rules, commands, and commonly asked questions and answers.
We need active, energetic players, who are interested in helping RnC maintain and improve the community standards we hold most important.

Guides will be given a limited number of commands to be used only to mute trolls and be better equipped to help the players. Guides are not meant to moderate, only remind players of the rules in certain situations, and mute only if necessary and after following proper procedure. Please remember, the most important this rank is your ability to help our players!
Warn a player. You must /warn a player before you temp mute them.
Temp mute a player (guides can only mute for a maximum of 1 hour)
Teleport to a player. Do not use without permission of the player, unless they are in the academy.
Send a broadcast.
Discriminate any player based on experience, knowledge, age, race, sexual orientation, or language.
Abuse any granted powers for one's own self-interest.
Disclose personal or private information about any player, including, but not limited to: Internet Protocol (IP) address(es), name(s), location(s), and other non-public information the player wishes to remain private.
